Elisabeth Sunday is the executive director of the Sol Project and the producer of the Soul Portraits; Indigenous Narratives, a film project recording the personal stories of women elders. Elisabeth continues her work as a fine arts photographer and has exhibited internationally since 1984.

Through her extensive travels to remote areas in Africa, she has come to appreciate indigenous culture and the wealth of understanding they possess about the connection between the inner and outer worlds. Elisabeth has also traveled to India, Thailand, Bali and Australia where she photographed traditional mystics and healers and also interviewed them for messages to guide and inspire people of the world.
